End campaign

DELETE

/referrer-campaigns/{campaignId}

End a campaign by setting its status to INACTIVE (soft delete).
This prevents the campaign from generating new referrals while preserving historical data.
Only campaigns belonging to the authenticated referrer organization can be ended.
